RULES:
1) You must be an N.C. resident.
2) You may not have had a published
book.
3) The story may not have been published
elsewhere.
4) You may not be a previous
winner (sorry!)

Previous finalists must submit new
stories.
6) You
may not be a professor in the UNC
system; TAs,
grad students and adjuncts are okay, however.
7) All entries must be double-spaced
and typed.
