2013 Young Writers’ Workshop Application
The deadline for application is Monday, June 3. If your child is accepted, we will send out further information via email about the workshops about a week before they begin on July 8. Please check the email address you give us regularly.
First, complete this form, save a copy for your records, and email it to lbgiovan@ncsu.edu. We need to have this form completed by the parent with the parent's signature before your application can be processed.
Next—and once and if you have received an application approval—mail in a tuition check of $250 by June 3 to:

Applicants whose tuition payment is not received by the June 3 deadline will have their registration canceled.
If you would like a receipt, we are happy to provide one—please ask the first day of the workshop or send us an email.
