Rebecca Walsh gives presentation, publishes op-ed

Rebecca Walsh presented “Ellen Churchill Semple and the American Literary Tradition: Environmental Determinism in Context” at the Association of American Geographers conference in Chicago in April.

She published a coauthored op-ed piece on humanities academic conferences, “A Conference Manifesto for the Rest of Us,” on May 15 in Inside Higher Education.
