Sheila Smith McKoy moderated a panel for the North Carolina Chapter of United Nations Women on September 25 at the North Carolina Executive Mansion. The program, “Talking Back:  A Conversation about Women with North Carolina Policy Makers,” featured U.S. Rep. David Price and N.C. Reps. Yvonne Lewis Holley and Becky Carney.
