76th Southeastern Renaissance Conference at Aloft Raleigh (October 18th & 19th)
This Friday and Saturday the NC State Department of English will host the 76th annual Southeastern Renaissance Conference.
This regional conference has long been a collegial and welcoming forum for sharing new work in early modern studies. This year, topics range from vice-regal Mexican painting, to royal hunts in fifteenth-century Naples, to dance instruction manuals of the seventeenth-century.
Please join us for these exciting topics and more, at the Aloft Hotel (2100 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh), Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm and Saturday 8:30-12:00pm!
The schedule of events and list of presenters can be viewed on the SRC website.
