Wolfpack Pictures Screening: I Saw the TV Glow
Thursday, October 31st at 10:00pm in Caldwell 0G107
Wolfpack Pictures invites you to attend their third screening of the year on Thursday, October 31st, at 10pm in Caldwell 0G107. This is a late night “Halloween edition” of the Wolfpack Pictures film series! We are continuing our year-long investigation into the theme of queer cinema by showing I Saw the TV Glow (Dir. Jane Schoenbrun, 2024). A teenager is trying to survive life in the suburbs when a classmate introduces him to a mysterious late-night television show. This event is free and open to the public and will be presented by CRDM PhD candidate MK, who will lead a talk-back session after the screening. Wolfpack Pictures is a film collective run by the graduate students in English and CRDM, and our film series is made possible through the generous support of English, Interdisciplinary Studies, CRDM, and NC State University Libraries. Due to the late night nature of this screening, we ask that all guests enter through the basement entrance of Caldwell facing the Court of North Carolina quad. All questions may be directed to faculty sponsor Dr. John Paul Stadler.
