Eric Roe wins fiction prize

Eric Roe’s short story “Notes from Lazarus” won the 2015 Tobias Wolff Award for Fiction, sponsored by The Bellingham Review. It will appear in the Spring 2016 issue (http://bhreview.org/2015/06/11/announcing-the-winners-of-the-bellingham-reviews-2015-literary-contests/).
