Tim Stinson publishes articles, gives talks

Tim Stinson’s essay “(In)completeness in Middle English Literature: The Case of the Cook’s Tale and the Tale of Gamelyn” was published in Manuscript Studies.

In early March, Stinson led a graduate workshop on scholarly editing and delivered a lecture on “Ghosts in the Medieval Machine: Artifacts and their Digital Afterlives” at Purdue University.

He was on a panel entitled “Large-Scale Early Modern Digital Humanities” at the Renaissance Society of America conference held in Boston, March 31–April 2.

On April 29, he participated in a panel on peer review and assessment convened at the National Humanities Center.

At the International Congress on Medieval Studies, held May 12-15 at Western Michigan University, he led a workshop on the Medieval Electronic Scholarly Alliance and was on the roundtable “Recipe for a Better Peer Review.”
